Wed 13th Feb 2008: Congrats to the Central Coast Hurlers and Ladies Footballers in winning the Padraig Pearse Melbourne 7-a-side competitions on Sun 10th Feb at Gaelic Park, Keysborough. The Hurlers beat Sydney Shamrocks and the Ladies Footballers beat new Cormac McAnallens ladies team.


Mon 24th Sept 2007: Congratulations to all the award winners and organisers of this years Annual Awards night, held at City Tattersall's Club. A fantastic night was had by all.

Hurling: Hurler of the Year - Dermot Tierney.

Ladies Football: Footballer of the Year - Kate Woodlands. Most Improved Player - Keira Kinahan.

Camogie: Camogie Player of the Year - Keira Kinahan. Most Improved Player - Sandra Ryan.

Clubperson of the Year: Kevin Dobbs.


Monday 24th Sept 2007: Congratulations to the Central Coast Camogie and Ladies Footballers in winning the NSW Championship final on 16th Sept.

2007 has been a fantastic year for the coast ladies teams with both teams winning both the NSW championship and league. It's also worth mentioning that the Camogie team have gone undefeated all year including the pre-season compeition in Gosford! Well done to both teams.


 Tues 11th Sept 2007: Congratulations goes to the Central Coast Camogie and Ladies Football team on reaching their Championship finals. Finals to be held this Sunday 16th Sept at Princes Park, Auburn.

Well done to the camogie and ladies football teams on reaching their championship finals. Ladies Football game against Clan Na Gael kicks off at 10am. The Camogie final against Cormac McAnallens kicks off at 1pm.

Mon 4th June 2007: Great wins all round yesterday at Auburn!!

Congratulations to the Football, Hurling and Camogie teams in winning their games at Auburn on Sunday. Up the coast!!


 Fri 18th May 2007: NSW GAA Fundraiser at the Pine Inn, Parramatta Road, Burwood on Sat 19th May 2007, at 7:30pm

Fundraiser being held at the Pine Inn. Should be a great night's craic. Music by Blackwater. Tickets are $25. See a Central Coast Committee member to purchase your ticket.


Tue 10th April 2007: New senior Men's football team "University of Wollongong Leprechauns" to join the 2007 NSW league

Welcome to the new senior men's football team from Wollongong who will be competing in this year's NSW season. That brings the total number of men's football teams up to 7. The 2007 season kicks off on Sunday 15th April.


Mon 26th March 2007: Central Coast Camogie team win at Gosford yesterday

Despite the bad weather, a great day was had at this years Central Coast annual San Remo tournament. The Central Coast camogie team held onto the Camogie trophy with a fantastic win over a strong Craobh Padraig side and the Central Coast hurlers narrowly missed out against the Sydney Shamrock's in the hurling final.


 

Wed 21st March 2007: Annual Central Coast Tournament in San Remo, being held on Sunday 25th March 2007

Our annual one day tournament will be held in San Remo this Sunday, with games kicking off at 9am sharp. There will be Mens and Ladies Football, Hurling and Camogie competitions. We have hosted this annual pre-season competition which kick-starts the season, for 20 years now and it always proves a great day out for everyone. 


 

Fri 16th March 2007: Central Coast Camogie team appear on Channel Nine's Kerry-Anne show

The Central Coast camogie team today appeared on Channel's Nine's Kerry-Anne show to give the Australian public an introduction to the sport that was just last year introduced in Australasia. Honoria Mitchell provided commentary to Kerry-Anne and the Channel Nine viewers whilst our camogie girls demonstrated their camogie moves and skills on the show.
